I need to produce a contract for the betterment of me....
here is a rough brainstormed version..
I shall make the neccesary adjustment to my existing life by adhearing to this contract that will be binding upon signature.
The food diet will need changing to where the affect of this alteration will allow my self and those who are affected by me, become healthier biologically, focused mentally, and socially emitting a non judgment projection transference onto others...
I will discontinue eating anything of pork, eggs or egg products, fatty breads and cheap pastas will be reduced to 3 cups a week. Soups with well made pastas are permissible if there is equal broth and an exercise program follows. Increase the miles of cycling and isolation exercises.
Complete removal of all unhealthy fast foods like burgers, chicken, or highly proccessed foods.
Increase liturature of vegetarian, vegan, raw, pescatarian options and foods.
Increase of freash produce and raw food alternatives with any meat of chicken (limited portions) or lean beef ( limited portions).
At any time will an attempt to stop eating meat for days up to a month can begin anytime and tracking of meat intake will decrease progressively.
The belief system used will be sheer will, consideration of cause and affect, pathology of psychosocial developments, systems theory recognition, and communication on a multi platform.
This approach will be synthesized and supported through a change of diet, communication skills, viewpoint consideration of otrhers, paralleled undersatanding, physical exercises, reading more books, reporting on learned materials, creative outlets, interpersonal analysis.
